...it means I have to "go" shopping again. In autumn I ordered at asos.co.uk for the first time and it all went fine but the delivery took a bit longer as they wished (not that I worried as I wasn't in England anyway) so they gave me a 10£ sorry voucher. That's what I call customer service!!!
